1.Electric arc furnace batching scheme
The smelting method adopts the batching scheme of all cold charging scrap steel. The reference batching situation is as follows:
Metal yield: 92%;
Average steel output per furnace: ~ 6T (maximum steel output 10T);
Total loading capacity: 12000 kg
2, smelting conditions
1). The primary smelting furnace adopts oxidation smelting method, and the steel is extracted from the steel tank, and the steel is retained and slag is retained.
2). Machinery, electrical equipment and water cooling system of furnace body must ensure normal production requirements.
3). Only when the furnace body is in normal condition can it meet the smelting requirements.
4). The tools and materials in contact with molten steel must be dry, and the raw materials used in the furnace must meet the requirements of relevant regulations and technical conditions.
5). The steel grades shall not be produced if the technical conditions and technical procedures are not clear and the production conditions are not available.
The furnace tilting device consists of tilting and shaking frame (arc frame), platform, base, tilting hydraulic cylinder and other components, a total of one set.
The high-current line is composed of compensator group, wall-through copper bar group, water-cooled copper bar, large-section water-cooled cable, conductive arm and graphite electrode after the copper bar of the secondary side of the transformer is discharged.
