Intermediate frequency furnace is a power supply device that converts alternating current of power frequency 50Hz to intermediate frequency (above 300Hz to 1000Hz) using the principle of electromagnetic induction to heat metal.The three-phase power frequency alternating current, rectifier into direct current, and then the direct current into adjustable medium frequency current, supply by the capacitor and the induction coil flow in the medium frequency alternating current, in the induction ring to produce high density magnetic field lines, and cut the induction ring filled with metal materials, in the metal material to produce a large eddy current.
