Continuous casting machine overview
Continuous casting is a process in which high temperature molten steel is continuously cast into a slab with a certain section shape and a certain size.
The equipment needed to complete this process is called continuous casting equipment. The electromechanical and hydraulic integration of pouring equipment, continuous casting machine body equipment, cutting area equipment, inducer bar collecting and conveying equipment constitutes the core part of continuous casting equipment, which is traditionally called continuous casting machine.
Curved Spray Continuous Casting Machine adopts multi-roll transmission, dispersing tension and continuous straightening, so that the deformation rate of the billet surface and two phases is reduced to a minimum.
