Automatic Feeding Steel Billet 1250c Reheat /Reheating Furnace For Rolling Mill
Billets, Bars, slab induction heating systems include high efficiency electrical energy KGPS powers upply units ranges from 50KW to 50000KW,frequencies between 60 and 10,000 hertz,electro-magnetically shunted heating induction furnace coils assembled to the heating sensor, capacitor assembly bank,water cooled cables to supply unifom heating, temperature equalization heated billets, bars and slabs at the proper temperature before rooling mill opeartion.
Application:Mainly apply for the whole metal materials heating before the forging, extrusion, hot rolling and cutting,and metal materials quenching and tempering, annealing, tempering and other heat treatment as a whole.

Manufacturing process of walking beam furnace
The front part of the feeding roller table → weighing → measuring length → positioning of the feeding roller table → opening of the feeding furnace door → hydraulic steel pusher → measuring the billet width → positioning on the billet walking beam → the mechanical equipment (including hydraulic system) of the heating furnace move according to the process design. The billet is heated in the furnace according to the heating process requirements → the billet is positioned through the laser detection point → the steel signal is required → the discharge furnace door rises → the steel is taken by the steel holder → the billet is positioned on the discharge roller → the furnace door is closed → descaling and rolling.
