High Speed Laying Head for Wire Rod Plant Steel Production Line
Wire discharger:It is the vertical cantilener structure and the center line slopes down 10 - 15 degrees. It consists of spinning pipe which is installed in the rotation dabber and gearing. There is one DC adjustablespeed motor that could drive the rotation dabber through a pair of bevel gear wheel. Spinning pipe can spin regular wire coil on the basis of setting revolving speed .
Laying head is used to fixation spinning pipe and hollow shaft. And the hollow shaft would been derived by bevel gear in the driving box. There is a pipe among the internal of bevel gear. And there is water-cooling drive pipe between the pipe and hollow shaft. Water-cooling drive pipe is used for cooling the pipe and it will protected the bearings of the hollow shaft to keep away from high temperature of rolled piece.

Wire rod block mill is composed of top crossed 45°high-speed wire-rod mills / finishing mills. The finishing mill group/wire rod mill is located in high-speed wire-rod workshop. Through several unit rack the continuous micro-tension rolling mill will be transported upstream Ø17 ~Ø21mm of rolling, rolling become Ø5.5 ~ Ø16mm finished wire. The working speed of 90m/s, 135m/s etc.
Features:
1) Mill stand use top crossed 45℃ composition form to achieve no twisting, no contact axis, little axis and shock for equipment, besides, it decrease the center of gravity height, the stability increased as well, while, the total weight has decreased and it is very easy to maintain.
